Legal Purchasing Age: Must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages in the State of Minnesota.

Identification Requirements: We strictly require valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification (Driver's License, State ID, Passport, or Military ID) for all customers appearing under 40 years of age.

Zero Tolerance: We strictly prohibit sales to intoxicated individuals or suspected proxy purchases for minors.
